Coaching is available to support individuals in making changes to enhance their working or personal life. We use tools and frameworks to establish what they wish to change and work with them to set goals and prioritise activities to achieve results.
Coaching can be carried out on a "one to one" basis or as a Group Session either onsite at work premises or offsite at a suitable location. "One to one" coaching can be provided by telephone, email or face to face. Specific tools are used to help individuals improve self awareness, build confidence, set goals and activities and make changes required for success. The Changes programme can help with Career Development, Performance Management, Work/Life balance and Stress Management. The progamme may also tackle personal issues such as lack of self esteem, weight management or relationship issues which may be impacting individuals work performance or ability to move forward and achieve changes they wish to make.
